1970-040 t / / i / r- a ORDINANCE NO. 7 0 . , AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, ILLINOIS FOR THE YEAR 1961 AS AMENDED WHEREAS, upon the application made by the owner of the hereinafter described tract of land, public hearings were heldi by the Plan Commission in accordance with the Statutes of the State of Illinois and the ordinances of the Village of Buffalo Grove, and said Commission did file and made recommendations to the President and Board of Trustees with respect to the zoning classification of said lands and the Board approved said recommendations, and WHEREAS, A Pre-Annexation Agreement was submitted to the corporate authorities along with a Petition to Annex, and WHEREAS, the corporate authorities did, pursuant to statute, hold public hearings on said Pre-Annexation Agreement and have by ordinance approved said Agreement. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES , ILLINOIS : Section 1. The zoning map of the Village of Buffalo Grove as set forth in the Comp3Zhensive Zoning Ordinance of 1961 as amended from time to time is further amended to authorize and provide for the following described land to be placed in the classifications hereinafter set forth. The whole parcel is described as follows : That part of the South West quarter of Section 33, Township 43 North, Range 11, East of the 3rd P.M. , described as follows : to wit : Commencing at a i �w l mm io mmm wr rt ca aaruQ Rrr rrrrdluUf r(rtia iffflNiUi�"��'�� f �M VYti(l( �Wwu w w w rarJam�ru,w,�,...o..,........:..:., rtir,e..,.._.e., ,�. „.... degrees 30 minutes East 722.4 feet from a point in the center of said Road, 142 feet East of the North West corner of said South West quarter; thence south 6 degrees 30 minutes East along the center of said Road, 710.0 feet, more or less, to the North West corner of premises conveyed to Francis Kuhn by Deed recorded as Document 241081; thence East along the North line of said premises , 664. 27 feet to its North East corner; thence South 6 degrees 30 minutes East 333.19 feet to the South line of premises conveyed to John Popp by Deed recorded as Document 146430; thence East along the South line of said premises conveyed to John Popp, 525 feet, more or less, to the South East corner of said premises conveyed to said John Popp; thence North 9 degrees West to a point in said line South 9 degrees East 736 feet from the North line of said South West quarter; thence Westerly to the place of beginning, in Lake County, Illinois . The rectangular piece thereof located with frontage of 1, 037 feet on Route 83 and extending in a westerly direction 531. 5 feet containing approximately 12.5 acres more or less as shown on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part hereof in the B-3 General Retail Business District . The balance of said property as shown on Exhibit "A" in R-9 Multiple Family Dwelling District subject to limitations and restrictions contained in Pre-Annexation Agreement dated A&MAtL--�Z-, 1970, attached to and made a part of Ordinance No. - 3 . Section 2 . The Village Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to enlarge and change the official zoning map of the Village to conform to the provisions of this Ordinance. Section 3.
