AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PRE-ANNEXATION AGREEMENT AND PLANNED DEVELOPMENT. WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Buffalo Grove has recommended the approval of a Planned Development for the property hereinafter described pursuant to a pre-annexation agreement, and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Buffalo Grove have held, pursuant to statute, a public hearing on said pre-annexation agreement, have considered said planned development and have determined that the approval of said pre-annexation agreement and planned development is in the best interests of the Village of Buffalo Grove. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES , ILLINOIS . Section 1. That the pre-annexation agreement containing pro- visions for a planned development by and between the Village of Buffalo Grove, Illinois, Michael J. Babiarz, and Marquette National Bank, Trustee, Trust No. 4214, is hereby approved and the President and Clerk are authorized and directed to execute same. Section 2.
