1980-051ORDINANCE NO. 80- 51 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS (Northwest Community Hospital Medical Center) WHEREAS, the hereinafter legally described real property was annexed to the Village of Buffalo Grove by Ordinance No. 80- 50 , pursuant to a written Annexation Agreement dated December l , 1980, and approved by the Village by Ordinance No. 80- 49 ; and WHEREAS, notices of public hearings for zoning and annexa- tion on said Annexation Agreement have been given and public hearings were held. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOP. AND LAKE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS: SECTION 1. The Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Buffalo Grove, Cook and Lake Counties, Illinois, as amended is hereby further amended by classifying upon annexation the territory legally described as follows: 1DADrLIr That part of the South k of Section 33, Township 43 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian Described as follows: Beginning at a point in the South line of said Section 33, said point being 391.46 feet West of the South k corner of said Section 33; thence "Due North" a distance of 245.38 feet, more or less, to a point in the curved Southerly line of Lake Cook Road; thence Easterly along said curved Southerly line concave to South and having a Radius of 2241.83 feet and Arc distance of 477.50 feet, more or less, to a point in the said curved line; thence South 31 degrees 48 minutes 12 seconds East a distance of 33.25 feet to a point in the Westerly line of Weiland Road; thence South 16 degrees 31 minutes 44 seconds West along said Westerly line a distance of 196.69 feet, more or less, to a point in the said South line of Section 33, thence "Due West" along said South line of Section 33, 437.30 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning, in Lake County, Illinois. Containing 2.5769 Acres and That part of Weiland Road located in the South , of Section 33, Township 43 North, Range 11, East of the Third Princi- pal Meridian-, in Lake County, Illinois, described as follows: Commencing at the South 4 corner of said Section 33; thence "Due East" along the South line of said Section 33 a distance of 45.84 feet to a point in the Westerly line of said Weiland Road, said point being the point of beginning of above described part of Weiland Road; thence North 16 de- grees 31 minutes 44 seconds East, 196.69 feet; thence South 78 degrees 35 minutes 26 seconds East, 100.39 feet to a point in the Easterly line of said Weiland Road; thence South 16 degrees 31 minutes 44 seconds West along said Easterly line a distance of 175.97 feet to a point in the South line of the South Jt of said Section 33; thence "Due West" 104.31 feet along said South line of South 2 aforesaid to the point of beginning. Containing 0.42775 Acres and That part of Weiland Road located in the Northeast 4 of Section 4, Township 42 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, described as follows: -2- Beginning at the intersection of the North line of said Northeast 4 and the Northwc!stcrrly line of said Weiland Road, said intersecLi.on being 76.84 feet Due East and as nieasui-cd alinig said North line of Northeast ,. of Section 4; thence South 73 degrees 28 minutes 16 seconds East, 100.00 feet to a point in the Southeasterly line of said Weiland Road; thence North 16 de- grees 31 minutes 44 seconds East along North- easterly line of said Weiland Road to a point in the said North line of Northeast k of Section 4, a distance of 29.68 feet; thence Due West along North line of Northeast 4 a distance of 104.31 feet to the point of beginning, in Cook County, Illinois. Containing 0.03407 SECTION 2. The said zoning shall be and is subject to the provisions of Ordinance No. 80_ 49 , being "An Ordinance Approving an Annexation Agreement" passed and approved December 1 , 1980, which Ordinance is by reference made a part hereof. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect on and after its passage and approval according to law.
