AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF
THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, ILLINOIS

WHEREAS, the Village of Buffalo Grove has heretofore annexed
Parcel I and Parcel 2 of the territory hereinafter described, on
the Petition for Annexation executed by the record owners; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Buffalo Grove
has conducted public hearings as required by law on the Petition
of the owners requesting a zoning classification of Parcel 2 and
a rezoning classification of Parcel 1 in the B-3 Planned Business
Center District, and has submitted its report in writing to the
Village Board of Trustees, recommending approval subject to spe-
cific terms and conditions therein contained; and
WHEREAS, the Corporate Authorities have duly considered the
findings and recommendations of the Plan Commission, and find
it is in the best interest of the Village of Buffalo Grove that
the recommendations of the Plan Commission be accepted, and that
Parcels 1 and 2 hereinafter described be classified under the
provisions of a B-3 Planned Business Center District on the terms
and conditions set forth herein.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT and
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK and LAKE
COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, as follows:
SECTION 1. That the Village of Buffalo Grove Zoning Map, as
amended, be further amended by classifying the following descri-
bed territory in the B-3 Planned Business Center District, to -
wit:
PARCEL 1:
That part of the South 613.02 feet of the South 2 of
Section 33, Township 43 North, Range 11, East of the
Third Principal Meridian, which lies West of the West
line of Lot 14, extended Southerly to the Northerly
line of Lake -Cook Road, said Lot 14 being a part of
Buffalo Grove Manor, a subdivision of part of the South
2 of Section 33, Township 43 North, Range 11, East of
the Third Principal Meridian, according to the plat
hereof recorded June 21, 1950 as Document Number 701006,
in Book 32 of Plats, page 28, in Lake County, Illinois,
and lying North of the North line of Lake -Cook Road and
lying East of the East line of McHenry Road, as said
roads are described in Deed Document Number 1658962, in
Lake County, Illinois.

PARCEL 2:
Lot 15 in Buffalo Grove Manor, a subdivision of part of
the South k of Section 33, Township 43 North, Range 11,
East of the Third Principal Meridian, according to the
plat thereof recorded June 21, 1950 as Document Number
701006, in Book 32 of Plats, page 28, in Lake County,
Illinois.
SECTION 2. That development and zoning of the above described
territory shall be subject to and in conformance with the terms
of a certain Annexation Agreement and Amendment to Annexation
Agreement dated May 18, 1981, executed by the Village of Buffalo
Grove and the record owners of Parcels 1 and 2 above described.
SECTION 3. That the Zoning Map of the Village of Buffalo Grove
be amended to conform with the zoning classification created by
this Ordinance.
SECTION 4. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval as required by law.
