ORDINANCE NO. 2018 - 013
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 5.20 LIQUOR CONTROLS
WHEREAS, the Village of Buffalo Grove is a Home Rule Unit pursuant to the Illinois
Constitution of 1970.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS as follows:
Section 1. Subsection A. of Section 5.20.072 of the Village of Buffalo Grove Municipal Code is hereby
amended with deletions in strip and additions in underline text so that Subsection A. of Section
5.20.072 shall provide as follows:

Section 4.
A. A Class A liquor license is reserved for Spyder Entertainment, Inc. d/b/a Traktir the 12 Chairs
at 796 S. Buffalo Grove Road. This reservation is subject to the applicant completing Village
requirements for said license on or before July 16, 2018. The Village Manager shall have the
authority to extend the July 16, 2018 date for good cause shown. If not so extended, this
reservation shall cease.
B. The Class B liquor license assumed name for Booming, Inc. at 360 Half Day Road has been
changed to Booming, Inc. d/b/a Yen Yen Chinese & Sushi Restaurant at 360 Half Day Road.
C. A Class C liquor license is reserved for Liquor City, Inc. at 765 S. Buffalo Grove Road. This
reservation is subject to the applicant completing Village requirements for said license on or
before July 16, 2018. The Village Manager shall have the authority to extend the July 16, 2018
date for good cause shown. If not so extended, this reservation shall cease.
D. This Section 4 shall not be codified.
Section 5. This Ordinance shall be in full force and in effect from and after its passage and approval.
