WHEREAS, Lake County Hospitality, LLC. the tenant of the property will operate on the
Sign Code, Section 14.20.100 to allow it to move their existing ground sign off -premises to the vacant
parcel just south of their existing property and, for variation to Sign Code, Section 14.16.070 to allow the
replaced of the existing all sign with a new sign that would exceed the maximum are allowed by the
Sign Code, as shown on Exhibit B (Sign Plans) and;

that the requested sign variations are in harmony with the general purpose and intent of the Sign Code
(Title 14 of the Buffalo Grove Municipal Code), and that the Petitioner has shown: 1) That the proposed
signage is of particularly good taste-, and 2) The entire site has been particularly well landscaped.
Section 2. Variations are hereby granted to Section 14.20. 100 and Section 14.16.070 of the Village Sign
Code (Title 14 of the Buffalo Grove Municipal Code) for the purpose of allowing the existing ground sign
to be moved off -premises to the vacant parcel just south of their existing property and to allow the
replacement of the existing wall sign with a new sign that would exceed the maximum allowed by the
