06/05/1995 MINUTES OF THE EXECUTIVE MEETING OF THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES,
VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, HELD IN THE
LEGISLATIVE CONFERENCE ROOM ON MONDAY, JUNE 5, 11995
The Executive meeting convened at 10:28 P.M.
Those present were: Sidney Mathias, Village President; John Marienthal, Bill Reid, Brian Rubin, Jeff Braiman,
Chuck Hendricks and De Ann Glover, Village Trustees; William Balling, Village Manager- and William Raysa,
Village Attorney, and Janet Sirabian, Village Clerk.
The reason for the Executive Meeting was to discuss Existing Litigation.
The first topic of discussion at the Executive Meeting was the Village of Lincolnshire versus the Village of
Buffalo Grove, Case No. 94 MR 440;Mr. Balling and Mr. Raysa reviewed the status oft is suit.
The second topic of discussion was Robe ohrman versus the Village of Buffalo Grove, Case No.
93 CH 01863, Mr. Raysa reviewed the status of this lawsuit. Trustee Glover explained her reasons for opting to
defend the lawsuit.
The Executive Meeting terminated at 10:44 P.M., and the Board returned to the Regular Meeting.

On 2/20/96, it was moved by Marienthal, seconded by Reid, to approve the above Executive Meeting ininutes,
Upon roll call, Trustees voted as follows:
AYES: 6 - Marienthal, Reid, Rubin, Braiman, Hendricks, Glover
NAYS: 0 - None
ABSTAIN: 0 - one
ABSENT: 0 -None
Motion declared carried.
On 2/24/97, it was moved by Reid, seconded by Marienthal, to authorize release of the above Executive Meeting
minutes. on roll call, Trustees voted as follows:
AYES: 5 -Marienthal, Reid, Rubin, Hendricks, Glover
NAYS: 0 -None
ABSTAIN: 0 -None
ABSENT: I - Braiman
