04/22/1996 MINUTES OF THE EXECUTIVE MEETING OF THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES,
VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, HELD IN THE
LEGISLATIVE CONFERENCE ROOM ON MONDAY, APRIL 22, 1996
The Executive meeting convened at 9:35 P.M.
Those present were: Sidney Mathias, Village President; John Marienthal, Bill Reid, Jeff Braiman, Chuck
Hendricks, and DeAnn Glover, Village Trustees; William Balling, Village Manager; and William Raysa, Village
Attorney.
The reason for the Executive Meeting was to discuss Pending Litigation.
• The first topic of discussion was Manchester Villas v. Manchester Greens Condominiums, Case No,
95 MR 322.
• The second topic of discussion was to review Case No. 96 MC I involving the 7-1-2 petition of Gus
Boznos for annexation to Buffalo Grove.
Mr. Raysa brought the Board up to date on the above cases.
The Executive Meeting terminated at 10:05 P.M., and the Board returned to the Regular Meeting.
