06/17/1996 MINUTES OF THE EXECUTIVE MEETING OF THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES,
VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, HELD IN THE
LEGISLATIVE CONFERENCE ROOM ON MONDAY, 3-UNE 17, 1996
The Executive meeting convened at 8:57 P.M.
Those present were: Sidney Mathias, Village President; John Marienthal, Bill Reid, Jeffrey Braiman, Chuck
Hendricks, and De Ann Glover, Village Trustees; William Balling, Village Manager; William Brimm, Finance
Director; William Raysa, Village Attorney; and Janet Sirabian, Village Clerk.
The reason for the Executive Meeting was to discuss Pending Litigation.
■ The first topic of discussion was Ronald Soccorso, et al., v. Village of Buffalo Grove, Court No.
91 L 1357, IRMA File No. 024142, with Mr. Raysa briefing the Board on the status of this case.
• The second topic of discussion was Manchester Villas vs. Manchester Green Condominiums, Case No.
95 MR 322. Mr. Raysa brought the Board up to date on the proceedings in this case.
The Executive Meeting terminated at 9:12 P.M., and the Board returned to the Regular Meeting.
