10/21/1996 MINUTES OF THE EXECUTIVE MEETING OF THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES,
VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, HELD IN THE
LEGISLATIVE CONFERENCE ROOM ON MONDAY, OCTOBER 21, 1996
The Executive meeting convened at 9:05 P.M.
Those present were: Sidney Mathias, Village President; John Marienthal, Bill Reid, Jeffrey Braiman, Chuck
Hendricks, and DeAnn Glover, Village Trustees; William Balling, Village Manager; William Raysa, Village
Attorney; and Janet Sirabian, Village Clerk.
The reason for the Executive Meeting was to discuss Pending Litigation..
• The topic of discussion was Manchester Villas vs. Manchester Green Condominiums, Case No. 95 MR
322. Mr. Raysa reviewed the court ruling for the Board, and presented actions available to Buffalo
Grove to recoup costs.
The Executive Meeting terminated at 9:30 P.M., and the Board returned to the Regular Meeting.
