02/03/1997 MINUTES OF THE EXECUTIVE MEETING OF THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES,
VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, HELD IN THE
LEGISLATIVE CONFERENCE ROOM ON MONDAY, FEBRUARY 3, 1997
The Executive meeting convened at 8:44 P.M.
Those present were: Sidney Mathias, Village President; John Marienthal, William Reid, Brian Rubin, Jeff
Braiman, Charles Hendricks, and DeAnn Glover, Village Trustees; Wffliam Balling, Village Manager; William
Raysa, Village Attorney; Richard Skelton, Attorney; and Janet Sirabian, Village Clerk.
The reason for the Executive Meeting was to discuss Pending Litigation.
■ The topic of discussion was Manchester Villas vs. Manchester Green Condominiums, Case No.
95 MR 322. Mr. Raysa reviewed the appeal which has been filed, and brought the Board up to date,
referring to Mr. Skelton's letter of January 29, 1997 to William Balling.
A polling was taken and the Board unanimously decided to immediately file liens and appeal.
The Executive Meeting terminated at 9:07 P.M. and the Board returned to the Regular Meeting.
