TRUSTEES, VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS
HELD IN THE LEGISLATIVE CONFERENCE ROOM ON MONDAY, AUGUST 47 1997
The Executive Meeting convened at 9:56 P.M.
Those present were: Sidney Mathias, Village President; John Marienthal, William Reid, Brian Rubin,
Jeff Braiman, Chuck Hendricks, and DeAnn Glover, Village Trustees; William Balling, Village
Manager; William Raysa, Village Attorney, and Janet Sirabian, Village Clerk.
The reason forte Executive Meeting was to discuss Pending Litigation,
• The topic of discussion was Manchester Villas vs. Manchester Green Condominiums, Case No. 95
MR 322. Mr. Raysa brought the Board up to date on the status of this case.
The Executive Meeting terminated at 10:05 P.M. and the Board returned to the Regular Meeting.

On 10/20/97, it was moved by Glover, seconded by Reid, to approve the above Executive Meeting
minutes. on roll call, Trustees voted as follows:
AYES: 6 - Marienthal, Reid, Rubin, Braiman, Hendricks, Glover
NAYS: 0 - None
Motion declared carried.
On 10/20/97, it was moved by Glover, seconded by Reid, to authorize release of the above Executive
Meeting minutes. Upon roll call, Trustees voted as follows:
AYES: 6 - Maria nthal, Reid, Rubin, Braiman, Hendricks, Glover
NAYS: 0 - None
