11/12/2007 MINUTES OF THE EXECUTIVE MEETING OF THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES,
VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS HELD IN THE
EXECUTIVE CONFERENCE ROOM ON MONDAY, NOVEMBER 12, 2007
The Executive Meeting convened at 8:02 P.M. This meeting is recorded via audio cassette.
Those present were: Elliott Hartstein, Village President; Jeff Braiman, DeAnn Glover, Jeff Berman,
Bruce Kahn, Steve Trilling, and Brian Rubin, Village Trustees; William Brimm, Village Manager;
William Raysa, Village Attorney; Janet Sirabian, Village Clerk.
The reason for the Executive Session was to discuss Pending Litigation.
• The topic of discussion related to Pending Litigation: Mr. Raysa noted that this is the case of
John E. Daul vs. Malcolm Baker, Kathryn Daut, Case No. 07 L 680 In the 19"' Judicial Courl,
Lake County, Illinois. Malcolm Baker is a police officer in the Village ol'Buffalo Grove,
Mr. Raysa briefed the Board on the subject case.
Moved by Braiman, seconded by Berman, to return to open session. Upon voice vote, the motion was
unanimously declared carried.
The Executive Meeting terminated at 830 P.M.

minutes. Upon roll call, Trustees voted as follows:
