The topic of discussion related to Pending Litigation: Mr.Duysa and Mr. Stein reviewed the
status of Village of Wheeling v, Village of Buffalo Grove, Case No. 2OO7L0lJ8y5 (Cook
County)—Bike Path Litigation,
Moved 6yBzuinzao, seconded by Berman,to return to open session. Upon voice vote,the motion was
unanimously declared carried.
