A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONVEYANCE OF REAL ESTATE
TO THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS FOR HIGHWAY PURPOSES

WHEREAS, the Village of Buffalo Grove, a Municipal Corporation, is the fee
owner of the real estate legally described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, and by this
reference incorporated herein and made a part hereof. and,
WHEREAS, the State of Illinois desires to acquire from the Village of Buffalo
Grove, a temporary construction easement described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto for
use of the Illinois Department of Transportation for highway purposes and has made an
offer to the Village of Buffalo Grove in the amount of $500.00 for the temporary
construction easement and it is the desire of the Village of Buffalo Grove to grant said
temporary easement interest.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the President and Village Clerk of the
Village of Buffalo Grove are hereby authorized and directed to grant the temporary
easement over the property described in Exhibit "A" upon terms and for consideration
consistent with this Resolution and they are further authorized to execute and deliver
such instruments and documents as may be necessary and convenient in their sole
discretion to effectuate such grant.
