1999-015LJ ORDINANCE 99- 15 ITEM XII B AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE ANNUAL SALARY . FOR THE VILLAGE MANAGER WHEREAS, Section 2.08.050 of the Municipal Code of the Village of Buffalo Grove requires that the Board of Trustees shall fix from time to time the annual salary received by the Village Manager by ordinance or resolution; and WHEREAS,the Village Board has determined that an increase in compensation is appropriate based on the Board's assessment of the Village Manager; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOKAND LAKE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, that the annual salary for the Village Manager shall be established at $122,500.00 per year effective January 1, 1999. In addition, the Village Manager shall receive an $8,000 performance bonus effective January 1, 1999.
