AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 5.52, FOOD AND BEVERAGE VENDING MACHINES
OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE MUNICIPAL CODE
WHEREAS, the Village of Buffalo Grove is a Home -Rule Unit pursuant to the
Illinois Constitution of 1970; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, the following:
Section 1. Section 5.52.040, License - Application- Fee - Required -Term, of the
Village of Buffalo Grove Municipal Code is amended to read as follows:
Section 8.52.040 License - Application- Fee - Required -Term. The applicant
shall pay an annual fee for each license payable on issuance of a license
or licenses as set forth in the fee schedule in Section 5.52.050 and
annually thereafter. The annual period shall run from May 1st through
April 30th of the following calendar year. On any license issued between
November 1st and April 30th, the fee shall be as noted in Section 5.52.050
for each license..
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval, and publication. This may be published in pamphlet
form.
