CERTAIN OBLIGATIONS
UNDER ORDINANCE NO.
85 -7, AN ORDINANCE
PROVIDING FOR THE RECOUPMENT OF ADVANCES FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A
SANITARY SEWER ON FABISH DRIVE BETWEEN HIGHLAND POINT UNIT 7 AND BUSCH
ROAD
WHEREAS, THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, Cook and Lake Counties,
enacted Ordinance No. 85 -7 on February 4, 1985, entitled, "An Ordinance for the
Recoupment of Advances for Construction of a Sanitary Sewer on Fabish Drive
Between Highland Point Unit 7 and Busch Road," and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 85 -7 was recorded February 11, 1985, as
Document No. 2338000 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds, Lake County,
Illinois; and
received.
WHEREAS, certain sums collectible under Ordinance No. 85 -7 have been
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS:
Section 1, Receipt of Recapture Sums
That the Village of Buffalo Grove hereby acknowledges receipt of
certain sums collectible under Ordinance No. 85 -7 and releases the following
legally described properties from the obligations imposed by said Ordinance:
That part of Township 43 North, Range 11, East of
the Third Principal Meridian, Lake County, Illinois,
more fully described as follows:
The SE 1/4; and the E 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of Section
17; and Woodlands at Fiore Unit 9 Subdivision,
recorded as Document No. 2619622, and;
Section 4: Enactment
That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval. This Ordinance shall not be codified.

The Westchester Estates Subdivision, recorded as
Document No. 2604850; the Westchester Estates Unit
2 Subdivision, recorded as Document No. 3081717;
the Creekside Commons Subdivision, recorded as
Document No. 2450987; the Abbott Business Center
Subdivision, recorded as Document No. 3038077;
the Old Farm Village Subdivision Units 1 through
9, recorded as Document Nos. 2352326, 2352327,
2392342, 2392343, 2470721, 2487099, 2526091,
2580876, and 2666115, and;
The E 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 29,
and;
The E 3/4 of the SE 1/4; the E 1/2 of the NE 1/4;
and the E 3/4 of the N 9110 of the W 1/2 of the NE
1/4 of Section 20.
Section 2: Map of Released Area
For the purpose of illustration, a map of the area released is
attached hereto as Exhibit "A."
Section 3: Remaining Sums
That in all other respects, the Village hereby reacknowledges and
reaffirms Ordinance No. 85 -7 as far as any real property not so hereby released.
