SANITARY SEWER ON FABISH DRIVE FROM A POINT 1000 FEET NORTH OF BUSCH
ROAD TO HIGHLAND GROVE DRIVE AND ON HIGHLAND GROVE DRIVE BETWEEN
FABISH DRIVE AND THOMPSON BOULEVARD
WHEREAS, THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, Cook and Lake Counties,
enacted Ordinance No. 85 -67 on October 21, 1985, entitled, "An Ordinance for the
Recoupment of Advances for Construction of a Sanitary Sewer on Fabish Drive From
a Point 1000 Feet North of Busch Road to Highland Grove Drive and on Highland
Grove Drive Between Fabish Drive and Thompson Boulevard”; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 85 -67 was recorded October 30, 1985, as
Document No. 2395727 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds, Lake County,
Illinois; and
received.
WHEREAS, certain sums collectible under Ordinance No. 85 -67 have been
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS:
Section l: Receipt of Recapture Sums
That the Village of Buffalo Grove hereby acknowledges receipt of
certain sums collectable under Ordinance No. 85 -67 and releases the following
legally described properties from the obligations imposed by said Ordinance:
That part of Township 43 North, Range 11, East of
the Third Principal Meridian, Lake County, Illinois,
more fully described as follows:

The SE 1/4; and the E 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of Section
17; and Woodlands at Fiore Unit 9 subdivision,
recorded as Document No. 2619622, and;
The SW 1/4 of Section 16 except that part lying
Southeasterly of the Woodlands at Fiore Unit 15
subdivision, recorded as Document No. 2776253; and
Lots 1 and 2 in Knopps subdivision, recorded as
Document No. 101600, and;
The NW 1/4, except that part lying North of
Illinois Route 22 and East of Easton Avenue;
and the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 21, and;
The Mirielle Phase 2 subdivision, recorded as
Document No. 3748373, and;
The Westchester Estates subdivision, recorded as
Document No. 2604850; and the Westchester Estates
Unit 2 subdivision, recorded as Document No.
3081717; the Abbott Business Center subdivision,
recorded as Document No. 3038077; the Old Farm
Village subdivision Units 7 through 9, recorded
as Document Nos. 2526091, 2580876, and 2666115,
and;
The E 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 29,
and;
The E 3/4 of the SE 1/4; the E 1/2 of the NE 1/4;
and the E 3/4 of the N 9/10 of the W 1/2 of the NE
1/4 of Section 20.
Section 2: Map of Released Area
For purpose of illustration, a map of the area released is attached
hereto as Exhibit "A ".
Section 3: Remaining Sums
That in all other respects, the Village hereby reacknowledges and
reaffirms Ordinance No. 85 -67 as far as any real property not so hereby released.

That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval. This Ordinance shall not be codified.
