UNDER ORDINANCE NO.
85 -66, AN ORDINANCE
PROVIDING FOR THE RECOUPMENT OF ADVANCES FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A
SANITARY SEWER ON THOMPSON BOULEVARD FROM FABISH DRIVE TO THE
COMMONWEALTH EDISON RIGHT -OF -WAY
WHEREAS, THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, Cook and Lake
Counties, enacted Ordinance No. 85 -66 on October 21, 19851
entitled, "An Ordinance for the Recoupment of Advances for
Construction of a Sanitary Sewer on Thompson Boulevard From Fabish
Drive to a the Commonwealth Edison Right -of- Way ", and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 85 -66 was recorded October 30,
1985, as Document No. 2395726 in the Office of the Recorder of
Deeds, Lake County, Illinois; and
WHEREAS, certain sums collectible under Ordinance No. 85-
66 have been received.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD
OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE
COUNTIES, ILLINOIS:
Section 1• Receipt of Recapture Sums
That the Village of Buffalo Grove hereby acknowledges
receipt of certain sums collectable under Ordinance No. 85 -66 and
releases the following legally described properties from the
obligations imposed by said Ordinance:
That part of Township 43 North, Range 11, East
of the Third Principal Meridian, Lake County,
Illinois, more fully described as follows:
The NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 21, and;
The Mirielle Phase 2 subdivision, recorded as
Document No. 3748373, and;
The Abbott Business Center subdiviison, recorded
as Document No. 3038077; the Old Farm Village
subdivision Units 7 through 9, recorded as Docu-
ment Nos. 2526091, 2580876, and 266115, and;
Section 2: Map of Released Area
For purpose of illustration, a map of the area released
is attached hereto as Exhibit "A"
Section 3: Remaining Sums
That in all other respects, the Village hereby
reacknowledges and reaffirms Ordinance No. 85 -66 as far as any real
property not so hereby released.

Section 4: Enactment
That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval. This Ordinance shall
not be codified.
