AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A FISCAL YEAR FOR THE FIORE GOLF COURSE FUND
WHEREAS, the Village of Buffalo Grove is to acquire and develop property
to be commonly known as the Fiore Golf Course, and
WHEREAS, the Village must establish and operating fund to account for
the development and operations of this golf course in a manner comparable to
the Buffalo Grove Golf Club.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, the
following:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to the authority granted in Chapter 24, the
Illinois Municipal Code, of the Illinois Revised Statutes, Section
1- 1 -2(5), the fiscal year for the Fiore Golf Course Fund is hereby
established on a calendar year fiscal basis from January 1st through
December 31st.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective as of January 1, 1987.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law. This ordinance shall
not be codified.
