BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 19 OF THE
BUFFALO GROVE MUNICIPAL CODE

WHEREAS, the Village of Buffalo Grove is a Home Rule unit by virtue
of the provisions of the Constitution of the State of Illinois of 1970; and
WHEREAS, Assocated Municipal Consultants, Inc. has published a
revised "Table of Estimated Ultimate Population Per Dwelling Unit" dated
December 15, 1981.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, that:
SECTION 1. EXHIBIT A of Title 19 of the Buffalo Grove Municipal
Code is hereby amended to read as per EXHIBIT A of this ordinance entitled
"Table of Estimated Ultimate Population Per Dwelling Unit" prepared by Assoc-
iated Municipal Consultants, Inc., dated December 15, 1981.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval.
