VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE
AN ORDINANCE CHANGING A STREET KNOWN AS WINDFIELD COURT WEST TO ROSE COURT WEST
WHEREAS, pursuant to Village Ordinance No. 79 -33, the street known
as Windfield Drive was changed to Rose Boulevard, and;
WHEREAS, it is the Village policy to name cul -de -sacs similar to the
street which they intersect.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1. The following street name in Buffalo Grove, Illinois
be changed to read as indicated.
Current Name Changed to Read
Windfield Court West Rose Court West
SECTION 2. That this change of names is in pursuant of authority
set forth in Chapter 24, Illinois Statutes, Section 11- 80 -19.
SECTION 3. That this change of names shall be effective thirty (30)
days after the appropriate election authorities and the appropriate Post
Office branch serving the areas have been notified by the Village of
Buffalo Grove, in writing, by certified or registered mail.
