1979-022ORDINANCE NO. 79 -22 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING CONVEYANCE OF REAL ESTATE (WAGNER FARM) WHEREAS, the Village of Buffalo Grove is the title holder of real property legally described as follows: "That part of the Northeast quarter of Section 29, Township 43 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian described as follows: COMMENCING at the Southwest corner of the North- west quarter of the Northeast quarter of said Section 29; thence South 89 degrees 53' 49" east long the south line of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of said Section 29; a dis- tance of 400' to the point of beginning; thence North 00 degrees 13' 31" East; a distance of 53.61 to a point of curvature; thence 315.06' along the arc of a curve to the right having a radius of 220' to a point of tangency; thence North 82 de- grees 16' 40" East, a distance of 95.73': thence South 00 degrees 16' 11" West, a distance of 284.12' to a point of the South line of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section 29; thence North 89 degrees 53' 49" West along the aforemen- tioned line, a distance of 285' to the point of beginning all in Lake County, Illinois." and WHEREAS, pursuant to a Planned Development Agreement dated July 10, 1978, approved by Village Ordinance No. 78 -55, Levitt Land Incorporated, a Delaware Corporation proposes to prepare and record a Plat of Subdivision entitled" Villas of Buffalo Grove Creek" and WHEREAS, the heretofore legally described real property is within the limits of said Subdivision plat; and WHEREAS, for convenience, it is deemed desirable to deed said real property to Levitt Land, Incorporated so that Brandywyn Lane may be included on the plat of subdivision. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS: SECTION 1: That for convenience purposes, the President and Village Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute the Quit Claim Deed attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "A ". i • . SECTION 2: That said deed shall contain the following reversion: REVERTER CLAUSE: Sixty (60) days after the date of the recor ing of the Plat of Subdivision en- titled "Villas of Buffalo Creek" the remainder of the property hereby conveyed not delineated as Right of Way for Brandywyn Lane on said Plat of Subdivision shall revert to the Village of Buffalo Grove, Illinois, if the Village has not previously received a deed for same.
