WHEREAS, the VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE did convey the following
commonly described park sites to the BUFFALO GROVE PARK DISTRICT
by the following ordinances:

TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS.
1. That any and all restrictions, covenants and reverters placed

naught.
