AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VEHICLE.LICENSE
ORDINANCEAS AMENDED
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS.
Section 1. Section 3.(e) of Ordinance No, 77 -17, Vehicle
License Ordinance as amended -i:s hereby repealed in its entirety
and the following section in'-lieu thereof:
Section 3. (e) All trucks less than 10,000 lbs, in gross
weight, $15,00 annually, $7,50 semi - annually; all trucks 10,000
lbs. or more in gross weight, $30,00 annually, $15,00 semi-
annually,
Section 2, Any person, firm or corporation violating any
provision of this. Ordinance shall be fined not less than $15,00
nor more than $500,00 for each offense, and a separate offense
shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a vio-
lation occurs or continues,
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according
to law.
Section 4, This Ordinance may be published in pamphlet form.
