1977-047ORDINANCE N0, 77 --�V AN ORDINANCE VACATING BANBURY.LANE IN CAMELOT SUBDIVISION UNIT #1 WHEREAS, Banbury Lane in Camelot Subdivision, Unit #2 has been dedicated to the Village but never improved, and; WHEREAS, the portion dedicated for public purposes is not needed and if the area so dedicated were improved, the original cost and subsequent maintenance would be substantial and an un- warranted expenditure, and; WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees have determined that the public interest will be subserved by vacating the road. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS. Section 1. Banbury Lane as shown on Exhibit A (Plot of Vacation) which is attached hereto and made a part hereof is not needed by the Village and is hereby declared vacated. Section 2.
