AST ORDINANCE ANENDING THE` VEHICLE' LICENSE
ORDINANCE NO, 77
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE•VILLAGE- OF- $UFFALO GROVE, COOK
AND LAKE' 'COUNTIES ,' ILLINOIS"
SECTIOY' I ;
Section 3 of Ordinance No, 77-,17 being the Vehicle License
Ordinance is hereby amended by adding thereto the following Section 3 (1);
(1) Notwithstanding any section or paragraph of this ordinance,
no vehicle sticker fee shall be charged for an antique vehicle, providing
said vehicle meets the definition, registration and affidavit require-
ments of the applicable State of Illinois statutes and is so registered
as an antique vehicle, The 'Village Clerk shall determine if all
applicable requirements are met
SECTION` 2
Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this
Ordinance shall be fined not less than $15.00 nor more than $500.00 for
each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each
day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
SECTION 3
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval and publication according to law, This Ordinance
may be published in pamphlet form,
