ORDINANCE No, 77 -
GENERAL PENALTY ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the'Village of Buffalo Grove, Cook and Lake Counties, Illinois.
Sectiori 1, A. Any person violating any of the provisions
or failing to comply with any of the mandatory requirements of
any ordinance of the Village of Buffalo Grove, is guilty of a
misdemeanor; Except in cases where a different punishment is
prescribed by any ordinance of the Village of Buffalo Grove, any
person convicted of a misdemeanor under the ordinances of the Village
shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $500.00,
B, Each such person is guilty of a separate offense for
each and every day during any portion of which any violation of
any provision of the ordinances of the Village is committed, con-
tinued or permitted by any such person, and he is punishable
accordingly,
Section 2, Ordinance No. 61 -25, an Ordinance I providing
for General Penalties, is hereby repealed in its entirety,
Section 3, This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according
to law, This ordinance may be published in pamphlet.form,
