AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 70 -05
(WATER CONTROL) AS AMENDED
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE
COUNTIES, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1. That Section of Ordinance No. 70 -05
as amended is hereby repealed in its entirety and the
following Section 2 is enacted in lieu thereof:
Section 2. There shall be no outside building
use of water of any kind except where the water
is used in connection with and as part of a com-
mercial business, other than for exterior growing
vegetation, between the hours of 3 :00 P.M. and
8:00 P.M. every day.
SECTION 2. Penalties: Any person, firm or corpor-
ation violating any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall
be fined not less than $10.00 or more than $500.00 for each
offense. Each day the violation continues shall be considered
a separate offense.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publica-
tion according to law. This Ordinance may be published in
pamphlet form.
