AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE N0, 77 -21 (COIN OPERATED
AMUSEMENT DEVICES)
BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Buffalo Grove, Cook and Lake Counties,
Illinois as follows:
Section 1, Section VII of Ordinance No, 77 -21 is hereby
deleted and enacted in lieu thereof is the following:
Section VII, License,
(a) Upon approving the application and upon payment of
the license fee(s) the Village Clerk shall deliver a license to
the licensee, The license shall indicate the number of devices
licensed and their location. This license shall be posted in a
prominent place at the location of the devices,
(b) Each device shall be clearly identified, on the device,
as belonging to the licensee,
(c) The licensee shall be permitted to substitute and
or exchange devices providing the total number of devices does not
exceed the number licensed. Substituted or exchanged devices shall
be subject to the approval of the Village.
Section 2, Penalty, Any person, firm or corporation
violating any provision of this ordinance shall be fined not less
than Ten ($10,00) Dollars nor more than Five Hundred (50O,00).'Dollars
for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on
each day during or on which a violation continues,
Section XI. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
The Clerk may publish this ordinance in pamphlet form,
