ORDINANCE NO. 77 -22
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE #72 -36 BEING
AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING THE OFFICE OF THE
VILLAGE COLLECTOR
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE
OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1. Section 5 (a) of Ordinance 72 -36 is hereby repealed in its
entirety and the following is enacted in lieu thereof:
(a) The salary of the Village Collector shall
be $712.50 per month effective May 1, 1977.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.
