AN ORDINANCE AMENDING 011DINANCE NUMBER 72 -35
(AMUSEMENT ACTIVITIES) , AS AMENDED
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK
AND LAKE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS
SECTION 1.
That Section 4.1(d) of Ordinance No. 72 -35 as amended
is hereby repealed in its entirety and the following
Section 4.1(d) is enacted in lieu thereof:
Section 4.1 Permit Fees:
(d) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein
contained, no permit shall be valid for a period of
more than five (5) days.
SECTION 2 Penalties
Any person violating this ordinance shall be subject to
a penalty not less than $10.00 nor more than $500.00. Each
day that an amusement activity shall be conducted in violation
of this ordinance shall be a separate violation.

and after its passage, approval and publication according to
law.
