AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BUFFALO GROVE APPEARANCE CODE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. Section 3 of Ordinance No. 72 -12 "Buffalo Grove
Appearance Code" is hereby amended to read as follows:
SECTION 3. Appearance Commission - Creation and Term
of Office. There is hereby created an Appearance
Commission, to consist of seven (7) members appointed
by the Village President with the approval of the Board
of Trustees. The five (5) members appointed and serv-
ing shall serve out their -terms as now constituted.
The sixth member shall be appointed for a two -year term,
and the seventh member for a three -year term. There-
after all reappointments and new appointments shall be
for a term of three (3) years.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
