ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF REAL ESTATE TO COMMUNITY
CONSOLIDATED. SCHOOL DISTRICT #21, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS,
AND BUFFALO GROVE PARK DISTRICT, BUFFALO GROVE, ILLINOIS.
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees has
determined that it is in the best interest of the public to
transfer the land described in Exhibit "A" hereof to Community
Consolidated School District #21, Cook County, Illinois, for
school purposes, and the land described in Exhibit "B" to the
Buffalo Grove Park District for park and recreational purposes,
and
WHEREAS, the Village of Buffalo Grove, pursuant to the
provisions of "An Act in Relation to the Transfer of Real Estate
Owned by Municipalities ", Chapter 30, Paragraphs 156 -158a, and
Chapter 24, Section 11 -78 -2 of the Municipal Code is desirous
of effecting said transfer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND
LAKE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. The President and Clerk are hereby authorized
to convey the real estate described in Exhibit "A" hereof to
the Community Consolidated School District #21, Cook County,
Illinois, and the real estate described in Exhibit "B" to the
Buffalo Grove Park District.
Section 2. Both conveyances shall be made by quit claim
deed and shall be subject to real estate taxes, if any, and
restrictions of record.

Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
