PLAN COMMISSION
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2 OF ORDINANCE NO. 0 -59 -24
AS AMENDED OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE ILLINOIS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, ILLINOIS, THAT:
Section 1. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 0 -59 -24 as
amended be and it is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 2. The Plan Commission shall consist
of eleven (11) members. Said members shall be
appointed by the President by and with the consent
of the Board of Trustees. The President shall
designate One (1) of the members as Chairman
and the President shall be ex- officio a member
of the Commission. All members shall be
appointed for a term of one (1) year, provided,
however, any member may be removed at any time,
regardless of whether his term has expired
or not, by the President by and with the
consent of the Board of Trustees.
Section 2. All other provisions of the Plan Commission
Ordinance as amended shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
