EXECUTION THEREOF BY THE PRESIDENT AND CIJRK OF 1]IB
VILIAGT 0F BUFFAIJO GROVE
WHBREAS, the Wheeling Trust & Savings Bank, Trustee, Trust
No. 754, Raymond J. Brosio and Louls J. Broslo, sole beneflclarles,
as olrners of ParceL L, and Robert E. Brorsn and Helen P. Brown,
as orrners of Parcel 2, have heretofore been subrnitted to the
corporate authorltles of the Vl11age of BuffaLo Grove a petition
to annex the followlng described real property:
Parcel L:
Lots 5, 6 and 41, in Dun-Lo Highlands, being a Subdivlsion
of the West haLf of the Northwest qu.rrter (except the
South 25 acres thereof) of Section 9, Township 42 North,
Range 11 East of the Third Principal lGrldian, i.n Cook
County, Il1lnois.
Parcel 2:
Lot 4 in Dun-Lo Highlands, being a Subdivislon of the
West half of the Northlrest quarter (except the South
25 acres thereof) of Section 9, Townshlp 42 North, Range
11 East of the Third Princlpal l,leridian, in Cook County,
I111nois.
WHEREAS, ln conjunetion wlth sald Petltlon, there has also
been subsritted to the corporate authoritles of the Village of
Buffalo Grove an Annexatlon Agreerrent pursuant to statute, and
WIIEREAS, proper and due notice of publlc hearing to be held
on said Annexatlon Agreement has been given, and a publlc hearlng
was held.
WHEREAS, lt is detelrined to be in the best interests of the
Village of BuffaLo Grove to approve said Annexation Agreement,
NO}I, TIIEREFORE, BE IT ORDAIMD BY TI{E PRBSIDEM AND BOARD OF
TRUSIEES OF THE VILISGE OF BUFFAIO GROVE:
Sectton 1.The Annexation Agreement, copy of which attached
hereto and made part hereof, is approved,
Section 2. The Pres id eot and Clerk of this Village are hereby
authorlzed to cause execution of sald agreement on behalf of the
Vil-lage of Buffalo crove.
Section 3.this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval in the manner provided
by Law.

AN ORDINANCE APPROVING ANNEXATION AGREEMENT AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION THEREOF BY THE PRESIDENT AND CLERK OF THE
VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE
WHEREAS, the Wheeling Trust & Savings Bank, Trustee, Trust
No. 754, Raymond J. Brosio and Louis J. Brosio, sole beneficiaries,
as owners of Parcel 1, and Robert E. Brown and Helen P. Brown,
as owners of Parcel 2, have heretofore been submitted to the
corporate authorities of the Village of Buffalo Grove a petition
to annex the following described real property:

WHEREAS, in conjunction with said Petition, there has also
been submitted to the corporate authorities of the Village of
Buffalo Grove an Annexation Agreement pursuant to statute, and
WHEREAS, proper and due notice of public hearing to be held
on said Annexation Agreement has been given, and a public hearing
was held.
WHEREAS, it is determined to be in the best rots of the
Village of Buffalo Grove to approve.said Annexation Agreement,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE:
Section 1. The Annexation Agreement, copy of which attached
hereto and made part hereof, is approved.
Section 2.-The President and Clerk of this Village are hereby
authorized to cause execution of said agreement on behalf of the
Village of Buffalo Grove.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval in the manner provided
by law.
