ORDINANCE NO. 67-
WHEREAS, a Petition has been filed with the Village
Board asking that certain parcel of land which,is contiguous
to the Village be annexed, and
I
WHEREAS, a public hearing before the corporate authori-
ties was had on a proposed Pre - Annexation Agreement in
connection with the zoning of said land as prov ded by law,
and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustee's consider
it to the best interest of "the Village tolannex said land
under and pursuant to the conditions set forth in the Petition
for Annexation and Pre - Annexation agreement.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND
.BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE`, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: The Pre - Annexation Agreement by and
between Mid Baptist Missions and the Village of Buffalo
Grove, a copy of which is attache 'hereto and made a part
hereof as Exhibit "A ", is hereby approved in accordance
with its terms.

SECTION TWO: The President and Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute said Pre - Annexation
Agreement on behalf of the Village.
SECTION THREE: This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
