ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR
REGISTRATION OF PLUMBERS AND REGULATING THE
INSTALLATION, ALTERATION,SUPERVISION AND
INSPECTION OF PLUMBING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, ILLINOIS.
Section 1. Article IX of an ordinance amending Ordinance
Providing for Registration of Plumbers and Regulating the
Installation, Alteration,Supervision and Inspection of Plumbing
is hereby amended by adding thereto Section 2 as follows:
Section 2. The Illinois Plumbing Code of July
1959 as revised is hereby further amended by
striking therefrom the words "rigid plastic piper
wherever said words appear in said code. The use
of rigid plastic pipe is prohibited.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according
to law.
