1966-021I R� ORDINANCE NO. 0 -66 -,,2/ ORDINANCE AIAENDING ORDINANCE NO. 0 -66 -1, STREETS AND SIDEWALKS BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, ILLINOIS. Section 1. Ordinance No. 0 -66 -1 is hereby amended by adding thereto Section 27 A as follows: Section 27 A. Whenever an applicant for any permit herein under Sections l through 15 in- clusive, can show that any provision of said sections, if strictly adhered to, would cause unnecessary hardship or that a variation in width, height, thickness of material or use of a substitute material would not violate the intent and purpose of this ordinance, he may apply to the Building Commissioner for a variation. The Building Commission shall in turn file such request with the Village Board and the Board may refuse or grant such variation. Section 2.
