&CT10N 5 (Paragraph A)
There is hereby created the office of Juvenile Officer. Such
officer to be determined by the Chief of Police v;iti the rank
of Sergeant. Such appointment to be made by the President and
Board of Trustees. The Juvenile Officer shall report directly
to the Chief of Police for all assignments. In the event the
Juvenile Officer returns to regular duty only, he shall revert
back to the last previous rank held.
SECTION 5 (Paragraph B)
There is hereby created the office of Station Officer. S,ich officers
shall not be deemed to be regular policemen or regular reserve police -
ment. The Station Officer shall be deemed a Special Policeman
when he is on duty in the police station, or such other duty so
ordered by the Chief of Police. The president, with the consent of
the Board of Trustees, may appoint for an indefinite period, any
person of good moral character to be a Station Officer. tiny person
so appointed, has the power of arrest, is conservator of the peace
and entitled to bear arms while on duty in the police station,
or such other duty so designated by the Chief of Police.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval.

Ordinance 64 -11 is hereby amended by repealing the phrase
"Ordinance 60 -3 is hereby amended to read as follows:"
and enacting in lieu thereof the following: "Section 5
of Ordinance 60 -3 is hereby amended by adding thereto the
following subsections ":
