WINTER PARKING
BE IT ORDAINED .'BY THE
PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE ' VILLAGE
OF BUFF LO GROVE, COOK
COUNTY, ILLINOIS
SECTION 1. It is unlawful to
park any vehicle on a public
street except for periods not to
exceed thirty (30) minutes time
for loading and unloading pas-
sengers and property at any time

SECTION 2. Any owner, agent,

offense.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or
parts of ordinances in conflict
With the provisions hereof are
hereby repealed.
SECTION A. This Ordinance
shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, ap-
proval and publication according
to law.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS,
SECTION 1, It is unlawful to park any vehicle on a public
street except for periods not to exceed thirty (30) minutes
time for loading and unloading passengers and property at any
time after snow begins to fall and for a period of 24
hours after snow stops falling, if tile snow on the street
exceeds 3,indhes in depth, provided said 24 hour parking
restriction shall continue during snow removal operations
until completed. Any vehicle parked in violation of this
Section is hereby declared to be a nuisance which may be
abated by any police officer removing such vehicle, the cost
thereof to be charged to the owner.
SECTION 2. Any owner, agent, person, firm or corporation
violating this ordinance shall be fined not less than
$5.00 or more than $200,00 for each offense and each day
the violation continues shall be considered a separate
offense.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with the provisions hereof are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according
to law.
