Probate Clerk. h ORDINANCE NO. 0 -61 -5 1961 ELECTION ORDINANCE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS, THAT: SECTION 1. There shall be a regular election of officers in the village on the 4th day of April, 1961. SECTION 2. At such election, there shall be elected three village trustees for a four year term; a Police Magistrate for a four year term; a).d one trustee to fill Schreiber unexpired term of Trustee --- 4ft*Q who resigned and whose position is now being filled by William Farrington by unani- mous consent of the President and Board of Trustees and pur- suant to Statute. The ballot to be used in such election shall be in the form prescribed by statute, and it shall be the duty of the Village Clerk to see to the preparation of suf- ficient ballots for the election, and to cause a sample of such ballot to be published prior to the day of election in a news- paper of general, circulation published in the Village, and to be provided the necessary election supplies for each voting district or precinct. SECTION 3.
