AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR GENERAL
PENALTIES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1.. Whenever in any ordinance of the Village any act is
prohibited or is made or declared to be unlawful or an offense,
or whenever in any ordinance the doing of any act is required or
the failure to do any act is declared to be unlawful, where no
specific penalty is provided therefor, the violation of any such
provision of said ordinance shall be punished by a fine not less
than $2.00 and not exceeding $200.00. Each day any violation
of any provision of any such ordinance shall continue shall
constitute a separate offense.'
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
