1959-009} r • ORDINANCE N0. 0-59-9 DEPOSITING MUD ON .STREETS BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Buffalo Grove, Illinois, that: Section 1: No person, firm or corporation shall deposit or drop any dirt, clay or garbage on any street belonging to the Village. Any person depositing or spilling dirt, clay or garbage on such street shall immediately stop and clean up the same. ,Section 2: Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this Ordinance shall be fined not less than one dollar ($1000) nor more than Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) for each offense. Clohesey, Village Clerk, he posted a copy of the attached Ordinance No. 0 -59 -9 in three (3) prominent places in the Village of Buffalo Grove, to -wit: 1. The office of Buffalo Grove Home Builders, Inc. and U. S. Post Office Sub- Station. 2. On the telephone pole at the corner of St. Mary's Parkway and Buffalo Grove Road 3.
