BY) L • of Secretary. a a ORDINANCE No. ,0 -59 -5 ELECTION ORDINANCE BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Buffalo Grove, Illinois, that: Section 1. There shall be a regular election of officers in the Village on the 21st day of April, 1959• Section 2. The ballot to be used in such election shall be in the form prescribed by statute, and it shall be the duty of the {% Village Clerk to see to the preparation of sufficient ballots for the election and to cause a sample of such ballot to be posted in three prominent places within the municipality, and to cause to be provided the necessary election supplies. Section 3. At least .fifteen but not more than thirty days prior to the election the Clerk shall cause to be posted in three prominent places within the municipality, a Notice of Elec- tion which shall be substantially as follows: "NOTICE OF ELECTION " - On the 21st day of April, 19591 there will be a regular election in the Village of Buffalo Grove to elect the following officers: The Precints and Polling Places for such election shall be as follows: All of the Village shall be one election precinct. The polling place shall be at the Village Hall, being the room on the second floor of the building housing the office of Buffalo Grove Home Builders. Polls shall be open from 6 A. M. to 6 P.M.
