ORGANIZATION ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Buffalo Grove, Illinois that:
Section 1. MEETINGS. The Board of Trustees of the �llage

otice of such regular meeting shall be required. The
meeting place of said Board shall be at the building housing the
office of BUFFALO GROVE HOME BUILDERS, INC. and U.S.POSTOFFICE
SUB- STATION, unless otherwise ordered by the Board. Special
Meetings may be called by the President of the Village or by
any three Trustees, upon written notice AWMEMW as delivered to
each member and the President at least 24 hours prior to such
meeting; provided that if all trustees are present at any spec-
ial meeting, no notice of such meeting shall be necessary and
such notice shall be deemed waived.
Section 2, PRESIDENT. The Village President shall be the
presiding officer at all regular and special meetings of the
Board of Trustees, and at all times when the Board meets as a
committee of the whole.
Section 3, MEETINGS TO BE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. All meet-
ings of the President and Board of Trustees at which any action
binding the Village is to be taken shall be open to the public.
Section 4. UQ ORUM. A quorum shall consist of not less
than four Trustees or three Trustees and the President, provided
that a lesser number may adjourn a meeting to a later date.
Section 5. COMMITTEES. The following shall bestanding
committees of the Board of Trustees:

Section 6.RULES OF ORDER. Roberts Rules of Orderf where
applicable, shall govern the deliberations of the Board of
Trustees.
Section 7, DISTURBING MEETINGS. It shall be unlawful
for any person to disturb any meeting of the Board of Trustees
or of any Committee thereof; any person violating the provis-
ions of this Section may be evicted from the meeting, and shall
be fined not less than One Dollar ($1) nor more than Ten Dol-
lars ($10) for each offense.
Section 8, OFFICIAL BONDS. Before entering upon his duties
as President, the Village President shall execute a bond in the
amount of THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS (3,000) conditioned upon the
faithful performance of his duties. Before entering upon her
duties of office, the Village Clerk shall execute a bond in the
amount of THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($3,000) conditioned upon the
faithful performance of her duties. Before entering upon his
duties the Village Treasurer shall execute a bond in the amount

deposes and says:
That at the instruction of Paula D. Cloheseyj Village Clerk
he posted a copy of the attached ordinance in three (3) prominent
places in the Village of Buffalo Groves to —wit:
1. The office of Buffalo Grove Home Buildersq Inc.
and U. S. Post Office Sub— Station.
2. On the telephone pole at the corner of St. Mary's
Parkway and Buffalo Grove Road
3. On the telephone pole at the west end of Crestview
Terrace.
That said notices were posted on the 7th day of April, 1958.
