COUNTY OF COOK CERTIFICATE By 2 -28 -09 ORDINANCE NO. 2009 - 12 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, ILLINOIS MIX ON SITE PROPERTY 16043 Depot Place WHEREAS, the Village of Buffalo Grove is a Home Rule Unit by virtue of the Illinois Constitution of 1970; and, WHEREAS, the property legally described in Exhibit A hereto ( "Property ") was annexed to the Village of Buffalo Grove by Ordinance No. 2009- 11 pursuant to a written Amended Annexation Agreement approved by the Village by Ordinance No. 2009 -1o; and WHEREAS, notice of public hearing for zoning of the Property has been given and a public hearing was held. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS: Section 1. The Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Buffalo Grove, Cook and Lake Counties, Illinois as amended is hereby further amended by classifying the Property described in Exhibit A hereto in the Industrial District with a Special Use for outside storage. Section 2. Development and use of the Property shall be in compliance with the Amended Annexation Agreement approved by Village Ordinance No. 2009 - 10 . Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect on and after its passage and approval according to law. This Ordinance shall not be codified.
