ORDINANCE NO. 2004- 110
ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10 OF THE VILLAGE OF
BUFFALO GROVE MUNICIPAL CODE
(No Left Turn Restriction from Westbound Old Checker Road into the Buffalo
Grove Bank & Trust)
WHEREAS, the Village of Buffalo Grove is a Home Rule Unit pursuant to the
Illinois Constitution of 1970; and
WHEREAS, the results and recommendations of a traffic study have been
presented to the Corporate Authorities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD
OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE
COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, as follows:
SECTION 1: Chapter 10, Section BG -11 of the Village of Buffalo Grove
Municipal Code is amended by adding Section BG -11- 208(5) to read as follows:
BG- 11- 208(S) Turning Restriction — Buffalo Grove Bank & Trust driveway: No
vehicles or combination of vehicles shall turn left from westbound Old Checker Road
into the Buffalo Grove Bank & Trust driveway.
SECTION 2: Any person violating any portion of this Chapter shall be punished
according to the provisions of Chapter 1.08 of the Buffalo Grove Municipal Code.
SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, approval, and publication as provided by law. This Ordinance may be published
in pamphlet form.

approved Ordinance No. 2004 -110 entitled: AN
ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10 OF THE VILLAGE OF
BUFFALO GROVE MUNICIPAL CODE (NO LEFT TURN
RESTRICTION FROM WESTBOUND OLD CHECKER
ROAD INTO THE BUFFALO GROVE BANK & TRUST)
provided by its terms that it should be published in
pamphlet form.
The pamphlet form of Ordinance No. 2004 -110,
including the Ordinance and a sheet thereof, was
prepared, and a copy of such Ordinance was posted
in and at the Village Hall, commencing December
21, 2004, and continuing for at least ten days
thereafter. Copies of such Ordinance were also
available for public inspection upon request in the
Office of Village Clerk.
