It is our understanding that this is a necessary step in allowing the municipal authorities to police and control these emergency lanes. It is further our understanding that it will be our responsibility to fiunish and install necessary signage as approved by the municipal authorities. We are enclosing a sketch. The foregoing recitals are hereby incorporated herein. Section 2. Emergency access lanes for police and fire services are hereby created and provided for the Le Parc Condominiums as designated on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof. Section 3. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, corporation, or other entity to block or obstruct wholly or partly any of the designated emergency access lanes. Section 4. Any person violating this ordinance shall be punished in accordance with Chapter 1.08 of the Village of Buffalo Grove Municipal Code. Section 5. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication. This ordinance may be published in pamphlet form. This ordinance shall not be codified. I further certify that on July 7, 2003 the Corporate Authorities of the Village passed and approved Ordinance No. 2003 -49, entitled: An Ordinance Providing for Emergency Access Lanes for LeParc Condominiums which provided by its terms that it should be published in pamphlet form. The pamphlet form of Ordinance No. 2003 -49 including the Ordinance and a sheet thereof, was prepared, and a copy of such Ordinance was posted in and at the Village Hall, commencing July 7, 2003 and continuing for at least ten days thereafter.
